Our team has been leading regional efforts to develop and offer a range of demand-driven courses to the northern Virginia region for decades. About NOVA Workforce NOVA Workforce courses are designed for adult learners. Each year, more than 10,000 students enroll in our courses to advance their careers. Our courses are conveniently offered on all five of NOVA’s main campuses, at the Reston Technology Center, and online. All of our courses are directly tied to labor market demand and are required to align with industry-aligned certifications and skills. Our students expect a high-value classroom experience and learning from instructors who are subject matter experts in the field. Courses may be offered in a variety of formats, including workshops, seminars, semester-long, or boot camp formats.
