Project managers need to maximize performance and output from limited resources. PMI’s global standard, the PMBOK, mentions “Organizational Process Assets” over 50 times as an input or output of the 49 processes it identifies.  Project managers need to identify and understand the interactions between project processes, organizational processes, and support processes.  Learn techniques to define repeatable processes, measure process execution effectiveness (metrics), and the need for continuous process improvement (efficiency).  For those who already have earned a PMP, this course can be used to earn 7 PDUs for PMP recertification.  You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
