Corporations, organizations, and small businesses all have teams, and the "team" can make or break a business. The content explores how teams function, including individual and group behaviors, roles, and relationships. Through lecture, discussion and experiential activities, participants examine team member responsibilities in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships to enhance productivity. By the conclusion of the course, participants will examine strategies to create effective "distance" teams to meet the demands of today’s cyber business relationships.  For those who already have earned a PMP, this course can be used to earn 14 PDUs for PMP recertification.  You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
