Long-range planning is time consuming and frequently “the plan” ends up gathering dust on a shelf. Yet, every organization needs planning in order to stay on track and grow. This session helps you select a type of plan that your organization can really develop and use; then, you will learn how to carry out your strategic planning process and see that “the plan” is implemented. You'll leave with a completed SWOT analysis, strategies to position your organization for long-term success, and techniques to ensure your plan will stay activated.  You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
