ServSafe® is considered the industry's leading food safety certification program. You must bring two #2 pencils and a valid photo ID for the exam given at the end of the day. The $38.00 exam fee is included in the tuition. Prerequisites: Ability to read and understand spoken English; reading the textbook prior to class.   You must attend all class hours and pass the exam in order to receive your certification.   A copy of the textbook must be obtained, read, and studied prior to the class date. You must bring two #2 pencils and a valid photo ID in order to take the exam.
