Get an overview of effective employee recruitment and selection. You’ll learn how to develop a recruiting strategy, write job descriptions, determine advertising sources, assess applicants, develop interview questions, comply with legal requirements, make the selection, and evaluate the process. Three additional hours have been added to expand your training in the area of effective interviewing. This program is valid for 15 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
