Review classic and modern OD theories to gain functional knowledge and better understand how it can be used in organizations. Also, you’ll learn how to utilize an assortment of OD tools on a practical level while building partnerships throughout an organization. Establishing partnerships is a critical feature of change management. As a capstone, you’ll use course concepts to develop a comprehensive action plan to resolve specific issues in a work environment. The course includes lectures, group discussion, student presentations, and small group activities. Prerequisite: Completion of at least four other courses in the HR Management Certificate Program. This program is valid for 12 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM.
