Discover the benefits of Oracle’s proprietary programming language, PL/SQL! The purpose of PL/SQL is to combine database language and procedural programming language to create powerful SQL queries. This hands-on course will teach you to write PL/SQL programs, build stored procedures, functions and packages. You will also learn skills needed to be an efficient and modular Oracle developer. The course will prepare you for the most recent Oracle PL/SQL exam (1Z0-144). Passing this exam, along with Oracle Database SQL exam (1Z0-071), will earn you the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certification. Prerequisite: Oracle 12c Structured Query Language (SQL) or equivalent experience. Textbook required. You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
