ClassGraphic This course will help prepare you for the second exam (Networking with Windows Server 2016) on the path to the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows Server 2016 certification! In this course, you will focus on the networking features and functionality available in Windows Server 2016. You will learn DNS, DHCP, and IPAM implementations, in addition to remote access solutions, such as VPN and Direct Access. You will also learn DFS and BranchCache solutions, high performance network features and functionality, and implementation of software-defined networking (SDN) solutions, such as Hyper-V Network Virtualization (HNV) and Network Controller. Prerequisites: A good understanding of networking fundamentals. An understanding and experience configuring security and administration tasks in an enterprise environment. Experience supporting or configuring Microsoft Windows clients. Textbook required. You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
