This course combines lectures, exercises and hands-on labs to cover the following topics: router basics, router architecture and components, Cisco IOS software, IP routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP and more), configuration and troubleshooting. In addition, examples are provided on how Cisco routers are used in the "real" enterprise environment. Textbook required. You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
