Corporations, organizations, and small businesses all have teams, and the team can make or break a business. You’ll explore how teams function, including individual and group behaviors, roles, and relationships. Through lecture, discussion and experiential activities, you’ll examine team member responsibilities in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships to enhance productivity. By the conclusion of the course, you’ll also have examined strategies to create effective distance teams to meet the demands of today’s cyber business relationships. You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion. For those who already have earned a PMP, this course can be used to earn 14 PDUs for PMP recertification.
