Blockchain is a revolutionary technology that is changing the world of business and finance! It is the underlying technology that allows Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to work. In this hands-on course, you will learn about blockchain and distributed ledger technologies, learn how to perform clean installations of Hyperledger Fabric and develop simple applications on top of it. You will also explore sample use case scenarios in the context of the Hyperledger Fabric frameworks. Prerequisite: Basic understanding of programming, especially web and API development. Textbook required.
You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
