Learn concepts required to successfully install and configure Windows Server 2012. This course will prepare students for the Microsoft Windows Certification Examination 70-410: Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 R2. This exam counts toward the MCSA and MCSE certifications. Topics covered include: installing and configuring servers, configuring server roles and features, configure Hyper-V, deploy and configure core network servers, installing and administering Active Directory and creating and managing Group Policy. Prerequisites: Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent networking experience. Textbook required.
You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
