You will focus on building reading, grammar, writing, speaking, listening, and pronunciation at the high beginning level. You will build upon the language skills needed to complete expanded classroom and social tasks.

Prerequisites: Completion of Part-Time High Beginning (3.1) Level, or Intensive Beginning (2) Level, or ACLI placement test results. Lowest skill determines placement. To be successful in their ESL class, students must be able to use NOVA’s digital technology (email, Zoom, CANVAS).
