- CompTIA Security+ certification
- NOVA course ITN 261 with a grade of C or better. Equivalent courses from other accredited institutions of higher education may be substituted. You must provide course descriptions and a transcript with final grades.
- Degree (AS, BS) in Cybersecurity

This
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) course equips you with the skills to proactively defend against and respond to cyber threats. As an official EC-Council course, it covers essential knowledge on using industry-standard tools and techniques to protect networks effectively. You'll learn the critical processes of scanning, testing, hacking, and securing systems, with an emphasis on AI-driven security practices for the latest CEH exam. Enrollment includes course materials (eBook), access to official labs, and an exam voucher.
What is Expected:
Certification prep courses are rigorous and demand significant time and effort.
You must attend at least 70% of all scheduled instructor-led class meetings, complete any requirements set by the instructor, and sit for the Industry Credential exam, and report your exam results (pas or fail).
This is a fast-paced, intensive boot camp-style security training program that consists of two phases:
Phase 1 - Instructor-Led Training (ILT): Students participate in live, instructor-led training designed to cover the CEH curriculum and prepare for certification.
Phase 2 - Independent Study (21 Days): Following the instructor-led portion of the course, students will complete a 21-day independent study period focused on exam preparation.
To be successful and fully prepared for the certification exam, you should plan to spend at least 35 additional hours studying and reviewing course materials outside of scheduled class time.
You will be responsible for scheduling your certification exam with an approved testing center provider. The certification exam must be taken through either an online remote-proctored delivery or at an approved testing center and
completed by the end of the 21-day independent study period.

This is a FastForward Program: FastForward provides short-term training for industry-recognized credentials in high-demand fields. Eligible Virginia residents pay only one-third of the full tuition cost. To qualify, you must meet Virginia domicile requirements (living in Virginia for at least one year with the intent to remain). A domicile form is included in the registration process.
