Are you getting ready to take the Accuplacer Exam at NOVA? This self-paced course is designed to help you feel confident and prepared. The Accuplacer Exam covers reading, sentence meaning, and language usage with 60 multiple-choice questions.

In this course, you will have access to helpful video lessons on important grammar topics like verbs, clauses, context clues, discussion boards, and weekly online office hours on Zoom. Additionally, you'll be able to test your skills with practice tests covering grammar, reading, and vocabulary.  By the end of the course, you will be ready to tackle the Accuplacer and step into College ESL.

Class will be available in Canvas starting October 26, 2026.

Note:  This class is recommended for students at the High Beginning level or higher.
