Create New Student Profile

It is important that you complete your profile as fully as possible. This information allows us to accurately process your class registrations, financial transactions and provides contact information for reminders and notices.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please read the following information prior to setting up or editing your profile:

USERNAME and PASSWORD: Your Email Address will be your Username. You will be asked to create a secure password. If you have created a profile already, do not create a new profile. Email us at NOVAWorkforceAnswers@nvcc.edu for assistance. 

SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER or TAX ID NUMBER: Providing your Social Security/Tax ID Number is critical to establishing your unique identity. Failure to provide your Social Security/Tax ID number can delay or stop your registration and some financial transactions. Some state licensing agencies may also require social security numbers as part of the application/renewal verification process. International Students (F-1): A Social Security Number is not required.

EMAIL: All important class information, such as confirmations, reminders, updates, instructor correspondence, and financial correspondence, will come to the email address you provide. 

UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION: Once this information has been entered, it is your responsibility to keep it as current as possible. This information is used for verifying your identity and contact information each time you register for a class.
