Google AI Essentials is a self-paced, beginner-level online course that introduces you to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and how generative AI tools can be used in real-world work tasks. You will learn how to use AI to generate ideas and content, improve productivity, write effective prompts, and make more informed decisions.
The course also covers responsible AI use, including how to identify potential bias, evaluate outputs, and apply AI tools ethically and effectively. No prior technical experience is required.
Throughout the course, you will complete hands-on activities based on real workplace scenarios, such as brainstorming ideas, organizing information, and streamlining everyday tasks using AI tools.
Upon completion, you will earn a shareable Google AI Essentials certificate that you can add to your resume or professional profile. This course also satisfies the prerequisite for the
Certiport IT Specialist: Artificial Intelligence certification.
