The ITIL® (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation is an entry level certification that demonstrates knowledge of the key elements, concepts and terminology used in the ITIL® Service Lifecycle. You will gain an understanding of core ITIL® disciplines (service strategy, design, transition, operation and continual service improvement). You will learn how lifecycle stages are linked and how ITIL® processes can be utilized to achieve IT business integration, control, reduce costs, and improve IT service quality. Upon completion of this course, you will be prepared to sit for the ITIL® Foundation exam. Textbook required. You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
