Topics include communications planning, the scope statement, resource and contract administration, and performance reporting. Through discussion, case study, and role-playing, you’ll review and practice communication skills to enhance overall project management. You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion. For those who already have earned a PMP, this course can be used to earn 7 PDUs for PMP recertification.
