The CompTIA® Linux+ certification is the preeminent credential validating skills as a Linux Administrator. Linux has grown into an industry-leading software and service delivery platform that is used for everything from cars and smartphones to servers and supercomputers. As more organizations adopt Linux, the demand for skilled and qualified Linux professionals is on the rise. You will gain hands-on experience configuring, monitoring, and supporting servers running the Linux operating system all while preparing for the latest certification exam. Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems. Textbook required.
You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
