Excited about that new job or promotion? Who wouldn’t be! But, has anyone coached you on what you should or shouldn’t do during the first 30 days? To be successful in your new job or promotion, it’s important to start off on the right foot. This course will include scenarios and activities that will help you start right and stay right! Upon the successful completion of this course, you will have an understanding of:
  • Best practices for communicating with management and peers
  • Actions and acceptable behaviors when addressing peers, customers and supervisors on issues of concern or changes within the workplace.
  • Steps for improving personal performance, becoming a collaborative team player and positively contributing to the workplace environment.
  • Steps to prepare for career advancement within an organization i.e. moving to the next level.
You must attend 90% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
