Learn@Home: Instructor-led, Live via Zoom

More than half of Americans are millennials or younger (Frey, 2020). Understanding the differences and values of each generation can give human resource personnel and organizations an advantage for better management, capitalizing on strengths and building cohesive teams.
Special attention in the last hour of the course will be given to how to recruit, motivate and retain Generation Z – the newest to enter the workforce – and the significant differences between Generation Z and the Millennials. In addition, we’ll introduce you to the newest generation coming after Gen Z and reveal early predications regarding this generation.
