Instructional Mode: Learn@Home and On Campus (Hybrid – Instructor-led)

Course Description: This course will give you the foundations needed for the CompTIA® A+ Core Series certification exams. Through lectures and lab exercises, you will learn to configure and support PC, mobile and IoT device hardware, configure device operating systems, and implement basic data backup and recovery methods. You will learn how to administer client-based as well as cloud-based (SaaS) software and support basic IT infrastructure and networking. You will also gain skills to troubleshoot and problem-solve core service and support challenges while applying best practices for documentation, change management, and the use of scripting in IT support. This course aligns with the CompTIA Core 1 and Core 2 exams.  Prerequisite: Working knowledge of personal computers. 

Included with Tuition: Both Hardware & Software courses, textbook, CertMaster Practice, and industry certification exams. No other certification exams can be substituted in this program. Note: The textbook ($51) and CertMaster Practice ($69) are assigned to students on or by the first day of class and are non-refundable once assigned.

What is Expected: You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, and sit for the Industry Credential exam. You will have 60 calendar days from the end of the in-class program to sit for the exam.

This program cannot be combined with any other discounts/promotions.
