Get an overview of effective employee recruitment and selection.  You’ll learn how to develop a recruiting strategy, write job descriptions, determine advertising sources, assess applications, develop interview questions, comply with legal requirements, make the selection and evaluate the process.  Three hours are devoted to expanding your training in the area of effective interviewing.  Textbook required.

You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion. This program is valid for 15 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM
