Learn@Home: Instructor-led, Live via Zoom

The COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge for all companies and organizations. Just when we think we understand this situation and develop a plan of attack, things change. Complex problems require a different approach - new ways of thinking and a different set of tools. Agile project management and innovation culture practices can be used to navigate these uncharted waters successfully.
"Leveraging your strengths to overcome your weaknesses. Failing fast to succeed sooner. Pivoting without mercy." Have you heard these phrases before? These are some of the new ways of thinking we need to use to find our bearings. In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn practical, hands-on tools to help you and your organization adjust and adapt to complex problems, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. These tools will not just help your organization survive but position you for future success.
This workshop will be led by Alan Zucker, an adjunct instructor at NOVA. Mr. Zucker has over 25-years of experience leading organizations in dynamic Fortune 100 companies. He holds a master's degree in Economics and multiple professional agile and project management certifications.
You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
