More than half of Americans are millennials or younger[1]. Understanding the differences and values of each generation can give human resource personnel and organizations an advantage for better management, capitalizing on strengths and building cohesive teams.  Special attention in the last hour of the course will be given to how to recruit, motivate and retain Generation Z – the newest to enter the workforce – and the significant differences between Generation Z and the Millennials.

This class is guaranteed to run!

You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
