Course Description:
Learn@Home: Instructor-led, Live via Zoom and CANVAS
This course will give you the foundations needed for the CompTIA® A+ Core Series certification exams. You will learn to configure and support PC, mobile and IoT device hardware, configure device operating systems, and implement essential data backup and recovery methods through lectures and lab exercises. You will learn how to administer client-based as well as cloud-based (SaaS) software and support basic IT infrastructure and networking. You will also gain skills to troubleshoot and problem-solve core service and support challenges while applying best practices for documentation, change management, and the use of scripting in IT support. This course aligns with the CompTIA Core 1 and Core 2 exams.

- Complete all assignments and requirements set by your instructor.
- Continue your learning during the 21-day Independent Study & Exam Completion period following the instructor-led portion. For A+, you will complete two Independent Study periods - one for each Core exam.
- Schedule and take your certification exam no later than the final day of each Independent Study period.
- Upload your official exam score report within two days of taking the exam (pass or fail).
