Students interested in taking this course must have one of the following: Before registration, complete the IT Course Prerequisite Form and upload proof of having completed one of the listed prerequisites. You will be dropped from the course if you register without submitting proof.
 
Course Description:

Learn@Home: Instructor-led, Live via Zoom and CANVAS

Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications are some of the most sought-after credentials in the IT industry. Start your pathway to becoming a cloud professional with the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification. You will gain an understanding of the AWS Cloud platform and learn about AWS core services, security architecture, pricing, and support services.
 
What is Expected:

Certification prep courses are rigorous and demand significant time and effort. You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, complete all requirements set by the instructor, and sit for the Industry Credential exam within 30 days from the last class session. Additional study time outside class hours will be expected.

What is Included:

Digital textbook and industry certification exam voucher. Students are provided with the digital textbook ($51) on the first day of class, and it is non-refundable once class begins.

This program cannot be combined with any other discounts/promotions.
 
Credit for Prior Learning allows you to earn credit for college-level knowledge that you have already acquired and accelerates the completion of your educational goals. NOVA accepts select industry credentials for college credit. The AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification is approved for Credit for Prior Learning for the following classes at NOVA: ITN 257
