Learn@Home: Instructor-led, Live via Zoom and CANVAS
Learn practical applications of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Gemini. You will gain hands-on experience using AI to automate tasks, draft content, analyze data, and improve productivity in everyday business workflows. You will focus on applied use cases, ethical considerations, and building AI confidence for non-technical professionals. Prerequisite: Basic computer literacy. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace recommended.

You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
