Explore practical ways AI improves customer engagement, streamlines service, and boosts sales. You will experiment with chatbots, CRM integrations, and personalization tools to apply AI in real customer-facing scenarios with measurable ROI. Prerequisite: No prior technical knowledge required. A basic understanding of sales or customer service workflows is helpful.

You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.
