HR's Role in Organizational Development and Change Management

Learn@Home: Instructor-led, Live via Zoom and CANVAS
Review classic and modern OD theories to gain functional knowledge and better understand how it can be used in organizations. Also, you’ll learn how to utilize an assortment of OD tools on a practical level while building partnerships throughout an organization. Establishing partnerships is a critical feature of change management. As a capstone, you’ll use course concepts to develop a comprehensive action plan to resolve specific issues in a work environment. Textbook required.  
  
You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion.  This program is valid for 12 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM.
