Learn@Home: Instructor-led, Live via Zoom and CANVAS
A Code of Business Ethics is a set of principles summarizing a company's ethical standards. Recent incidents of abuse, including insider trading and obvious conflicts of interest, underscore the need for ethics training at every level. You’ll examine the ethical choices made in organizations, accountability, respect for human rights, and responsibility for contemporary life choices. Ethical theories and personal values will be explored through readings and analysis of organizational situations. Topics covered include: conflicts of interest, confidential information, use of company resources, accurate books and records, and preventing harassment.  Textbook required.

You must attend 70% of all scheduled class hours, in addition to completing any other requirements set by the instructor, in order to pass the class and be awarded CEUs and a Certificate of Completion. This program is valid for 15 PDCs for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM.
